BOOKING THE INITIAL MEETING
The main aim of the bridal meeting is to enable you to discuss your
wedding plans and ideas in detail. We will cover and explain all of
our packages and different options available then give you a tour
of our wonderful venue. After the meeting you will be sent a quote
outlining your requirements and choices.
Please note: No booking will be confirmed until a deposit has been received along with a signed copy of our terms & conditions.
After your initial meeting we can provisionally hold you preferred wedding dare for 1 week.
Once your Wedding is confirmed with Whinstone View we can start arranging the schedule. This acts as a timeline for the day and details all of the important information we and other suppliers i.e photographers, DJ, band need to ensure your wedding is as smooth as we can make it.
The schedule for every wedding is unique and tailored specifically to you and your wedding guests.
Bridal appointments are therefore essential but it does help to come as prepared as possible so we can utilise our time together efficiently.
WHATS IN YOUR SCHEDULE?
Arrival times, numbers of guests, dinner menus, ceremony & drinks reception times, when the wedding breakfast will be served, when the speeches are given, cutting the cake, first dance and much more!
All of the more intricate details and plans will start to fit around these core events and the schedule will start to take shape. Once we have completed the schedule this will take so much of the stress out of organising your big day.
