Our beautiful Wray's Barn is the perfect venue for relaxation and wellness. We offer pilates and yoga classes throughout the year. We cater for all levels of fitness and you will enjoy exercising, whilst looking out onto the beautiful grounds of Whinstone View.
Yoga Classes

Nicky has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. Her classes are suitable for all levels, encouraging students to adapt their practice to suit their own needs. In her classes you will practice a gentle flow and poses to help with flexibility, and a sense of relaxation.

Tai Chi
WITH TERRY DOYLE
We are delighted to welcome Terry Doyle to our expanding Wellbeing Team. Terry is a very experienced Holistic Wellbeing Practitioner and will be leading us in a weekly Tai Chi Session every Wednesday morning10am - 11am . Terry has taught classes, workshops and retreats across the Uk and Eire and is looking forward to starting these new sessions here at Whinstone View .
The sessions will run in our Barn are and will have a maximum number of 18 participants to be Covid Safe so early booking is essential. The classes are suitable for people of all ages and abilities. wear loose clothing and come to learn how to cultivate your inner smile to maximize your health and wellbeing.
