Sunset yoga sessions with Andrea Cook. Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. The main components of yoga are postures (a series of movements designed to increase strength and flexibility) and breathing.
Session One - 5:45pm - 7:15pm / Session Two - 7:30pm - 9:00pm

BLOCK 2 Wednesday 27th February - Wednesday 10th April 2019
BLOCK 3 Wednesday 1st May - Wednesday 12th June 2019
BLOCK 4 Wednesday 19th June - Wednesday 31st July 2019 (6 week course £42 - no yoga session 24th July)
