Dog Friendly Venue

One question we get asked a lot is… “Are you dog friendly?” And the answer is YES!

Where can dogs go?​

​

• The bistro – Well behaved dogs are allowed inside and outside the bistro and we have water bowls and treats available. Let us know if you're bringing your furry friend when you book a table

• Our accommodation – all but our one bedroom log cabins are dog friendly.

• The barn – if you're getting married at Whinstone View and would love your pets included in your big day, then that's absolutely possible! Most of our events are not dog friendly but some events are – such as our pop up shops.

• The grounds – we have lots of outdoor space and there is a lovely walk if you cross the bridge (near the barn) which leads up to beautiful views of Roseberry Topping.

We do ask you follow our simple rules so everyone can enjoy Whinstone View.

• Dogs must be kept on leads or under control at all times.

• You must clean up any mess from your dog.

• Ensure your dog stays by your table and does not block walkways.

• If dogs show aggressive behaviour you may be asked to leave.

• Respect all other guests when bringing dogs to Whinstone View.

• If we have a private event on in the barn we politely ask that you do not use the main lawn.
