Comedy Night in the Barn

Ready for belly laughs in the barn?! Pie Entertainment will be supplying us with 3 fantastic comedians for the evening and seems only fitting to have a pie watching Pie Entertainment, right? 

£22.50 per ticket 

• Welcome drink – bottle of beer/cider served on arrival
• Locally sourced Petch's steak pie, peas & gravy served at 7:30pm (vegetarian option available)
• Live comedy acts from Pie Entertainment – first act commences at 8:15pm – 9:05pm short break resumes at 9.30pm-10.20pm  

Meet the acts....

(Host Comedian) Sam Harland’s unique, observational humour, is drawn from his working class roots. He is able to engage his audience in a warm, quick-witted and friendly manner. Sam’s material is self-deprecating, ironic and honest, particularly in relation to his colourful past escapades.

Dawn Bailey is a forty something (ahem just turned 50) Mum who views life through happy specs and giddy knickers (her own words). Pin sharp anecdotes from a life juggling a career, kids, attending weekly slimming club meetings and the joys of involuntary flatulence... she's a very funny lady"- The BBC.

Mike Newall is a charming and laid-back comedian with well-crafted jokes and a wonderful dry delivery. This is observational comedy at its best with razor sharp timing combined with a keen sense of dark sarcasm.

If you're purchasing tickets for a group booking, please try and purchase tickets together so we know you're one party. You can purchase more at a later date but just get in touch with us to let us know you want to sit together. If you or anyone in your party have a dietary requirement please email events@whinstoneview.com to inform and for an alternative food option to be arranged if necessary.

• We don't offer refunds on event tickets. Many of our events are popular and become sold out, therefore we cannot issue a refund if you change your mind or cannot go. We will, however, allow you to sell or give away your tickets to someone else.
• Our food, where possible is locally sourced and cooked to order. Please allow time during busy periods for our team to prepare your food. There are a number of recognised allegens present in our kitchen, if you are concerned, inform us and we can offer detailed information regarding our menu.
• We have limited car parking spaces- we highly recomend lift sharing or being dropped off.
• Please note we do not allow over night parking on our premises.
