St Bernadette's Year 6 Leavers Party

Whinstone View are delighted to host St Bernadette’s leavers party on

Thursday July 11th 2024.

This event will take place in our amazing barn from 5pm where your children can enjoy a meal with dessert and drinks. To hold the event and supply the below will be £32 per child.

Video

If you have any pictures of the children during their time at school we can create a small looped video which will be projected onto a screen in the barn.

Decor

The barn will be decorated with balloons and banners in school colours.

Games

Garden games will also be on offer (ping pong / giant Jenga / giant connect4 / cornhole).

Music

I have already asked Max to send a message on the WhatsApp group for favourite songs of the children so I can create a Spotify playlist.

Parents

Parents and carers are welcome to stay and enjoy what will (hopefully) be a warm summer’s evening. The courtyard and barn veranda will be available for you to relax and enjoy a drink while the children enjoy their party inside the barn. If parents would also like food I was proposing to offer a relaxed menu – possibly pizza and parmesan “buffet style”. We can cater for all dietary requirements if needed. This would be served in the courtyard during the evening. If I get enough people wanting this we can go ahead at £18 per head. If the buffet is not an option the bistro will be open for guests who would like to dine, booking early is advisable as when we hosted last years Year 6 leavers party we were fully booked and could not cater for everyone.
