The Mindful School Summer Sessions

Gemma from The Mindful School will be providing children's mindfulness sessions in the barn over the school summer holidays, which are suitable for children aged 7-11 years old.

£12.50 per session

Session 2

This session will focus on one of the mindful attitudes, GRATITUDE.

This session will include games activities, a short video, letter writing and developing their mindful practices of movement and breathwork.

Important information

• Parents can choose to stay, drop off their children or pop into our bistro and treat themselves to a coffee!
• Gemma has DBS certificate and liability insurance.
• Waiver to be filled out by parents on arrival.
• Please note: We don't offer refunds on event tickets. Many of our events are popular and become sold out, therefore we cannot issue a refund if you change your mind or cannot go.
